NIL College Athlete Series

Since July 2021 when the NCAA opened the floodgates with its interim policy, Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) has been a hot topic. Unfortunately, while high-profile marketing deals have been getting all the press, there isn’t much information available to help athletes and their families to navigate this new space.

We’re changing that with our NIL series – a library of resources to guide you in understanding the business side of amateur athletics. Here you’ll find an ongoing series of articles exploring what the new NIL policy means for student-athletes and the ripple effects that it's sending through college sports.
